LANSING - State Representative Mike Lahti (D-Hancock) is pleased to announce that he will be holding local office hours in Gogebic County on Saturday, May 5 in order to meet with his constituents.
Rep. Lahti will be on the second floor in the cafeteria of the Lindquist Student Center, which is located on the campus of Gogebic Community College at E4946 Jackson Road, Ironwood, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
"I encourage people to come and discuss issues with me that are important to them," said Lahti. "Hearing directly from my constituents about their concerns enables me to better represent the interests of the western U.P. in the Legislature and use the resources of my office to help make dealing with any of our state departments quicker and easier."
